Frequently Asked Questions

A tracking number or ID is a combination of numbers and possibly letters that uniquely identifies your shipment for national or international tracking.

Usually, the shipper or online shop is able to provide the tracking number or ID. If you have ordered a product in an online shop, the confirmation email or shipment tracking notification often contains the tracking number or ID.
If not, please contact your shipper or online shop.

For examples of the tracking numbers used on JETRANS shipments, it will contain letters and numbers as shown below

JETRANS Tracking

It always starts with JT, 12 digits numerical - CARGO.
Examples: JT123456789011-CARGO. This tracking number is accompanied with a Bar code
Tracking events usually appear 06-24 hours after receiving the Track and Trace ID. In general, once the shipment has reached our facility, a tracking event will appear.
Please make sure you entered the correct tracking number in the correct format (explanations and examples of national and international tracking numbers are further up this site). If your tracking ID is not working, please contact your shipper or online shop.
With any financial product that you buy, it is important that you know you are getting the best advice from a reputable company as often you will have to.

When you contact our customer support to request a cancellation of a shipment, we will issue a refund within 48 working hours, provided that the label has not been used. After issuing the refund, how long will it take to receive the money into your account, will depend on the payment method you have used to pay the cancelled shipment.

DIRECT - Single Invoice
CREDIT CARD

You will receive the refund within 3 to 7 working days from the date the refund has been issued by us. The exact timing depends on the amount and the credit card issuers (Visa Online, Mastercard Online, etc).

PAYPAL

We will refund the amount paid directly into your Paypal account. In this case there is no waiting time, as the credited amount will be immediately visible in your Paypal account. However if you have opened a dispute on Paypal the refund will be delayed, as it will be necessary to manage the dispute via Paypal first. We suggest to not initiate disputes on Paypal for this reason, as doing so will generate unnecessary delays in the refund process. If you have not used the service, it is in our interest to cancel and refund the amount as soon as possible.

The amount of the cancelled shipment will not debited on the summary invoice, therefore there is no refund to be made.

If the cancellation request happens after the billing cycle is closed a credit note will be issued. You will receive the refund in two options:

Deferred Credit Card: Refund on the credit card.

Deferred Paypal: Refund on your paypal account.

Our payment method is flexible. We let you pay via the most convenient method you choose to. Just talk with our support and get the details you will be needing.
Each item on JETRANS has a unique delivery time frame that you can check both prior to and after ordering.

If you’ve already placed an order, review your Order Confirmation email. The estimated time frame will appear below the heading “Shipping & Terms.”

Alternatively, if you know your order number (also available in your Order Confirmation email) and you'd like to track your shipment, here's what you can do:

Select track & trace (you'll find it at the menus bar) and put the consignment number on the provided space and click on track.

Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery time is an approximation, so we recommend referring to the tracking information provided for more specific details.
If after the payment you realize that there are errors on the label, please do not have your parcel collected. Cancel the shipment with the error and purchase a new one, the cancelled shipment will be refunded. Any corrections made by pen regarding address, postal code, location, will not be taken into consideration by the carrier and JETRANS will not be held responsible in any way nor manage the related problem.

You can request a cancellation by clicking on the "Contact us" button. You will need to provide the shipment reference number that begins with JT.
If you purchased a postage label and you do not wish to use it, you can contact our customer service and we will cancel a refund the full amount paid, after having checked that the label has not been used.

Cancelling a shipment is free when:

You have booked by mistake two or more identical shipments.
The carrier has not collected the parcel, in case of a pick-up service.
You no longer wish to use the label and you contact customer service to request the cancellation.
Cancelling a shipment will not be free and we will issue a partial refund when:

The parcel has been collected and you request the parcel to be returned to the sender. You will be charged for the cost of collection or the national transit between the departure branch and the transit hub.
The carrier makes several pick up attempts without being able to collect the goods for closure or absence of the sender. In this case a penalty of $5 + VAT will be charged per delivery attempt.
Shipment cannot be refunded when:

With the item in transit, the delivery is not possible due to absence of the recipient.
With the item in transit, you are sending an item included in the Prohibited and no compensation items
You hand over the parcel to the messenger, leave the parcel in a drop off point or you request the cancellation after 15 days from the collection date.
If you do not have a tracking number, we advise you to contact your shipper or online shop.
In most cases you can take your pet with you on vacation, however there are many factors to consider, especially if travelling overseas or to Hawaii. Sometimes preparatory veterinary work or timeframes may be impractical for short journeys, or your pet may be quarantined at destination or upon return home. Some larger pets may also be unable to travel to remote locations that are serviced by small aircraft. As vacations can vary, please speak with a Pet Travel Consultant to discuss options.
Air travel is as safe for pets as it is for people. Your pet will travel in a special cargo compartment within the aircraft. This compartment is both climate controlled and pressurized for your pet’s safety and comfort, and it is on the same air circulation system as the cabin. Many of our customers are envious that their pets are laying down comfortably on soft bedding in their crates, while the owners are confined to squeezy airline seats!

 

JETRANS can provide strong and sturdy travel crates that provide protection during loading and unloading, and prevent your pet escaping whereas lightweight crates that some owners source from pet stores may flex during handling, enabling the door to accidentally open.

If you can imagine keeping your pet in a crate in the laundry overnight, this is similar to what your pet will experience while in the pet-compartment within the aircraft.
